Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. 22-35 approving Conditional Use Permit No. 21-06 for the
construction and operation of a renewable hydrogen fuel facility in the Heavy
Industrial (HI) zone
Zone Text Amendment to Chapter 17.12 and addition of Chapter 17.45 of the Lancaster Municipal
Code, related to the Regulation of Collection/Donation Bins

Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. 22-36, recommending to the City Council approval of an
ordinance, amending Chapter 17.12 of the Lancaster Municipal Code, Section
